This project started when I was experimenting more with animations in Figma—just playing around, trying things out, and seeing how far I could push interactions inside the tool. I’ve always been curious about motion in UI, and building small things like this helps me learn by doing.

The idea for the calendar came pretty naturally. I thought: what if I turned a simple, everyday component into something more dynamic and fun? Something that could show off micro-interactions, hover states, or page transitions—all in one place.

I realized it could also be useful for other designers looking for inspiration or trying to figure out how to present motion in their own work. So I decided to share it, hoping it might spark an idea for someone else too.

It gave me a chance to play with timing, transitions, and state changes—figuring out how to make interactions feel smooth, intuitive, and even a little delightful. I explored how motion can guide the user’s eye, suggest functionality, and bring a bit more life to a simple calendar layout
