It only works with the shadcn/ui Figma library, on purpose: it knows the variable structure, the naming and the icon mapping, so it can make big changes safely and instantly.
- Switch light and dark
- Swap the whole theme
- Change the font and scale

Every change lands in the normal Figma variables and in version history, so nothing is hidden and nothing is permanent.
